Hallelujah was release by the Canadian song-writer Leonard Cohen in 1984 and has become a great success. It was recorded by many other artists and now the professional musician Bronwyn Dean shows her interpretation of this inspiring song.
Another great piece from John Dowland excellently interpreted by Anthony Stavrinos
I have read a bit about John Dowland from a book called John Dowland by Diana Poulton.
John Dowland lived around 1590 and was born in the city of Westminster and worked in the Her Majesty’s Royal Chapel. He probably died in Denmark in 1615.
